What you see is what you get! In our newest campaign, we are proud to showcase our new and improved manufacturing process, using molds that have been developed and tested for strength and durability. We have learned from our mistakes. No more complications or expensive internal locking mechanisms, that we so meticulously made for our last product. We've taken existing locking solutions and fitted them to our new design. We have made intensive in-house testing, in a technically manual way :) Final numbers of capacity will be shared after mass production commence.

Rest assured, we didn't take any shortcuts when it came to testing the strength of our product. Our hydraulic press went all the way up to 900 lbs, and the legs didn't budge. We even added weight to simulate a larger person sitting in the Campster. We stand behind the quality of our product and are confident that you will too.

Through years of product development, we have launched five innovative seating solutions, including the C-2, which represents the culmination of everything we have learned from our previous products. Our focus is on creating the best possible product and we strive to work closely with our backers to ensure their needs and expectations are met. With a minimalist and stylish design, the C-2 is stronger and more durable than its predecessor, the Campster 1.

Return and refund policy:

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all our products, but we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for Sitpack products received as a reward unless there is a clear malfunction from the factory.

We do not offer refunds, if you have changed your mind, regretted your contribution, or are unsatisfied due to a shipping delay.

We use crowdfunding as our primary means of sales as our products are very different from the norm. Pledges and contributions help us run and grow our business, and the feedback from backers helps us launch newly designed products that we otherwise would not be able to make. You will in turn always be part of our journey, and get the latest products at a unique price point. Please note: As stated by all reward-based Crowdfunding Platforms, Fulcra is not a store in a conventional way. Your pledge is not an order, although we will treat it as such.
